What is a .MINISSF file?
A .MINISSF file is a type of music file specifically used in Sega Saturn video games. It is a smaller or "miniature" version of an SSF file, which is why it is called Miniature Saturn Sound Format. Unlike SSF files that can be played on their own, MINISSF files need a special additional file called a .SSFLIB file to work properly.
