What is a .PANDO file?
A .PANDO file is a special kind of file that works with a program called Pando. Pando was used to share and send files, kind of like how you can share files with BitTorrent. The .PANDO file doesn't have the actual files you want to download in it. Instead, it has information about those files, like where you can find them on the internet to download.
To open a .PANDO file, you would have needed the Pando program, which was made by a company called Pando Networks. This program would read the .PANDO file, understand where the real files were located based on the information inside, and then help you download them.
However, it's important to know that Pando and its services were stopped on August 31, 2013. Since the company shut down and the program isn't available anymore, you can't really use .PANDO files now. They are considered obsolete, which means they are no longer in use or needed. So, even if you find a .PANDO file, there isn't a program you can easily use to open it or download the files it refers to anymore.
