What is a .BP3 file?
A .BP3 file is a special kind of file used by an older version of a computer program called AutoCAD, which people use to draw things like parts of machines, buildings, and streets in both 2D and 3D. This file type was made for AutoCAD versions from the year 2000 and a few years after that, like 2000i, 2002, and 2004, but only up to version 14 of the software.
What's inside a .BP3 file is basically a list. Imagine you have a bunch of drawings or designs you've made, and you want to print them all out at once without having to open and print each one individually. You put all these drawings you want to print into a .BP3 file. This file keeps track of important details about each drawing, such as what it's called, what kind of drawing it is, how many copies you want to print, and where the drawing is saved on your computer.
To open a .BP3 file, you need to use the AutoCAD program, specifically the 2023 version or another version that can handle this file type.
