What is a .BPN file?
A .BPN file is a type of backup file specifically used by GRAPHISOFT Archicad, which is a software program designed for Building Information Modeling (BIM). This software helps architects and designers to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings of buildings. The .BPN file contains a backup of an Archicad project file, which has the extension .PLN.
When you are working on a building design in Archicad, the program can automatically save a backup copy of your work. This happens if you have enabled the backup feature in the program's settings.
