What is a .DMSM file?
A .DMSM file is a type of file that is made using a program called VideoWave. VideoWave is a tool for editing videos that comes with another program called Roxio Creator. When you make a movie project in VideoWave, it saves your work as a .DMSM file. This file keeps track of everything you've done in your project, like the special effects you've added, the way you've switched from one scene to another (transitions), and a list of all the video and audio clips you're using. It's like a blueprint that tells VideoWave how to put your movie together.
To open a .DMSM file, you need to use Roxio Creator NXT Pro 9. This is a special program that understands how to read and work with .DMSM files.
