What is a .OTF file?
An .OTF file is a type of font file that uses the OpenType format. This format was created by Microsoft and Adobe together. Also, there's a bit of trivia: a software called NedGraphics, which is used for designing tufted textiles, also used the ".otf" extension for its files. However, to avoid confusion with OpenType font files, they changed their extension to ".otu".
