What is a .PBB file?

This kind of file is specifically used by mobile phones that are connected with AT&T, which is a company that provides phone services. When someone wants to save their phone's contact list, especially if they are using an AT&T phone, the store representative at an AT&T store can help them. They use special software to save all the contacts from the phone into this .PBB file. After saving, this file is usually put onto a USB drive so the person can take it with them. This is very helpful if someone needs to move their contacts to a new phone or if they need to keep a backup of their contacts somewhere safe.
To open a .PBB file, you would need a specific program called CellBrite Mobile Synchronization Content Manager. This program is designed to work with these kinds of phonebook files. Once you have this program, you can open your .PBB file by going into the program and selecting the option that says "Contacts" and then choosing "Open Phonebook." This lets you see all the contacts stored in the file.
If you want to move your contacts from the .PBB file to another program like Outlook or Outlook Express, you can do that too.
