What is a .RFQ file?
The .RFQ file is a special type of file used by RoboForm, which is a program designed to help you manage your passwords and fill out forms on the internet more easily. This file contains information that tells RoboForm how to automatically search for something on the internet. It includes details like what words to look for, how to fill out search forms, and what steps to take automatically instead of doing it manually.
For example, if you wanted to search for something on a website but didn't want to go through the steps of finding the website, typing your search into the search box, and then clicking the search button every time, an .RFQ file could do all of that for you in one go. You could set up an .RFQ file to first open the website, then fill in the search box with your search terms, and finally click the search button for you. This is really handy if you find yourself doing the same searches over and over again.
To use these .RFQ files, you need to have RoboForm installed on your computer. RoboForm is made by a company called Siber Systems. Once you have RoboForm, you can open and use .RFQ files with it.
Additionally, these .RFQ files can be shared with other people. There's a special website called SearchCard Place, also run by Siber Systems, where users can share their .RFQ files. This means if someone has created a useful .RFQ file that automates a search you often do, you might be able to download and use it yourself, saving you the time of creating it from scratch.
