What is a .BS file?
A .BS file is a type of image file known as a Printfox Bitmap Image. It was specifically created for use with Printfox, a word processing program designed for the Commodore 64 computer. This file format stores images with a resolution of 320 x 200 pixels. After Printfox, the .BS file format continued to be supported by Pagefox, a successor program.
To view or manage .BS files, you can use several software programs. XnConvert and XnViewMP are the most recommended as they are compatible with multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux. These programs allow you to open, view, and possibly convert .BS files into other image formats.
