It includes details like the smallest and largest X and Y points that should be shown and how clear or detailed the image should be.
To open a .FRR file, you need to use the Mandelbrot Explorer program. This file contains all the necessary settings to view a certain area of a fractal image at a specific zoom level. The settings in the file are organized in a way that computers can easily understand, using a standard format called XML. This means that if you don't have Mandelbrot Explorer, you can still open the .FRR file with any basic text editor (like Notepad on Windows) to see the settings in text form, but it won't show you the fractal image itself.
It's important to note that only versions of Mandelbrot Explorer up to 2.5 use the .FRR file extension for saving these fractal region settings. After version 2.5, the program started using a different file extension, .MXFR, for the same purpose. So, if you're using a newer version of Mandelbrot Explorer and want to work with fractal region settings, you'll be dealing with .MXFR files instead of .FRR files.
