What is a .SCP file?
An SCP file is a type of image file specifically used for storing bitmap graphics. It was created by a software called ColoRIX, which is a painting program that was designed to run on the MS-DOS operating system. The images saved in SCP files have a resolution of 640 by 480 pixels, and they can display up to 16 different colors. This type of file is not very common today.
To view or edit an SCP file, you can use a program called XnViewMP. XnViewMP is versatile and supports many different file formats, including SCP files. It allows you to open, view, and possibly edit these images. Since SCP files are rare, XnViewMP is one of the few programs that can handle them effectively.
